Area will be decorated entirely in red with touches of white cotton and traditional madras (plaid) fabric.

A semicircle of five 10x10 tents are draped with red fabric, white cotton and madras, and are warmly lit. Under each tent a dressed buffet offers the best of traditional St. Lucian fare assorted by food category: salads, meats, fish, sweets… etc.

At the centre of the area a sixth tent, similarly dressed and draped offers exotic tropical drinks such as Banana daquiris, Ti-ponche smoothies, Passionfruit cocktails,… etc.

Two 12’ Bamboo installations to further create a local atmosphere, which would be ‘uplit’ from the centre.

12 Female staff are suitably costumed in neo-traditional madras outfits with men in complementary island wear. Traditional characters add colour and movement while creative lighting in warm yellows and ambers lends a surreal effect.

Nine 10’ round dinner tables set up with white table cloths, madras overlays, chairs will be dressed in white with Madras tie backs. Centre piece will feature red ginger lilies in glass vas lit from below.
